Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport and deliver products to customers across Bali.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods while adhering to scheduled routes and delivery windows.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and operational standards.
- Verify delivery contents and obtain customer signatures or confirmations upon completion.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
- Handle and resolve any delivery discrepancies or customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe and legal operations.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or SIM B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role (preferably in logistics or courier services).
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and delivery routes is a plus.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 20-25 kg.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
