Responsibility
- Operate company vehicles to transport goods to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate and complete by verifying orders before departure.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure roadworthiness.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Document delivery details, including receipts, logs, and any issues encountered during transit.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods as needed, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations in Bali.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or driving are a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of service.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
