Responsibility
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and secure transportation of goods to designated locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages while adhering to scheduled routes.
- Conduct pre- and post-delivery inspections of vehicles to maintain safety and functionality.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during pickups and drop-offs.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, including signatures, timestamps, and condition reports.
- Follow all traffic regulations and company policies to ensure safe and compliant operations.
- Assist with inventory management and coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient order fulfillment.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or vehicle maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in delivery or logistics is a plus.
- Valid driverâs license (motorcycle or car) with a clean driving record.
- Physical fitness to lift and carry packages weighing up to 20-25 kg.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Baliâs geography and road networks is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or early mornings, as needed.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
