Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, contractors, and interior designers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned Bali regions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our decorative paint solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paint, construction, or decorative materials industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its key players is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is advantageous.
