Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and retail partners, to promote and sell decorative paint products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the unique features and benefits of our decorative paint solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and client management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and drive brand awareness in the Bali region.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including market insights, client feedback, and sales performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the paint, construction, or interior design industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of decorative paint products, color trends, and application techniques is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Possess a valid driverās license and willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
