As part of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with product engineers to analyze defects, implement corrective actions, and contribute to lean projects that optimize production workflows. Responsibility
- Assist product engineers in identifying root causes of product defects and implementing effective debugging solutions.
- Monitor and analyze yield performance, scrap costs, and debug accuracy to ensure alignment with company targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute lean projects aimed at improving production efficiency.
- Document and report debugging processes, findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct failure mode analysis (FMA) and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support the development and validation of test procedures to enhance product reliability.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to review progress and address technical challenges.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in debugging and quality control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in debugging, quality assurance, or manufacturing engineering, preferably in a high-tech or semiconductor environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using debugging tools, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other test equipment.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Statistical Process Control (SPC) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
