Responsibility
- Contact debtors via phone, email, or in-person to negotiate and arrange payment plans.
- Monitor and track overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify account details and resolve discrepancies.
- Adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all collection activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive financial discussions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance and outstanding debts.
- Identify and escalate high-risk accounts for further action or legal intervention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in debt collection, financial services, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using collection software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and debt collection laws is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
