Responsibility
- Contact debtors via telephone, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms to negotiate repayment plans for overdue accounts (30/60/90+ days).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and customer interactions in the company’s system.
- Follow up on promised payments and escalate unresolved cases to senior management as needed.
- Provide clear and professional communication to debtors while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify account details and resolve discrepancies.
- Achieve monthly collection targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and report potential fraud or irregularities in account activities.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance collection techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in debt collection, customer service, or a related financial role.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on ethical collection practices.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali.
