Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to government agencies and private institutions to follow up on overdue payments.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with debtors in a professional and ethical manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and payment agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
- Provide regular reports on collection progress and outstanding debts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth debt recovery.
- Identify and escalate high-risk accounts for further action.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in debt collection.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in debt collection, finance, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and ethical debt collection practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data management tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
