Your goal is to foster strong relationships, streamline the auto financing process, and drive volume by providing exceptional service to both dealers and end-customers. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with automotive dealers and sales teams in Ilocos Norte.
- Market and promote auto finance products to potential clients and dealership partners.
- Analyze credit applications and assist dealers in processing loan documentation efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular site visits to dealerships to provide product training and marketing support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding customer needs and market challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking, auto finance, or automotive dealership industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical ability to evaluate credit risks and process documentation.
- Must be highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and digital reporting tools.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Laoag City, Ilocos Norte.
