Responsibility
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry into company databases and systems, ensuring high levels of precision and completeness.
- Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy, identifying and correcting discrepancies as needed.
- Provide comprehensive clerical support, including preparing reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation.
- Assist with general office duties, such as answering phones, managing emails, and coordinating with other departments.
- Support the team in processing and managing incoming and outgoing information, including invoices, forms, and records.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data in accordance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data entry, filing, or administrative support roles (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic database management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy in fast-paced environments.
