Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and implementation specialists to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.
- Oversee the end-to-end data migration process, including extraction, transformation, and validation for client implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define data mapping strategies, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain standardized processes for data analysis, cleansing, and integration to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for data-related projects.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members and clients on RealPageās data tools and platforms.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs, project progress, and data quality metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, migration, or implementation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery).
- Strong understanding of property management software or SaaS implementations (RealPage experience is a plus).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving, process optimization, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello is advantageous.
