Responsibility
- Accurately input and update logistics data into company systems, ensuring consistency and completeness.
- Verify and validate data entries to maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Generate reports and summaries from encoded data to support operational decision-making.
- Monitor data entry processes to identify and address potential errors or inefficiencies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management best practices.
- Provide support to other departments as needed for data-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Encoder, Data Entry Specialist, or similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain operations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management are advantageous.
