Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of data center projects under supervision.
- Support the documentation of project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders and team leads.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business and technical needs.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and assist in resolving operational issues in data center environments.
- Help maintain inventory records for hardware, software, and other data center resources.
- Participate in risk assessment and mitigation activities for project continuity.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of data center equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic understanding of data center operations, networking, or IT infrastructure (coursework or internships are a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a team, adapt to fast-changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a technical environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
