Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on data center equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and backup generators.
- Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Respond to and resolve facility-related incidents and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance activities and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and facility staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center facilities management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and backup power systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of critical infrastructure.
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification in data center operations or facilities management is a plus.
