As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end data lifecycle—from collection and cleaning to advanced analysis and reporting. You will work closely with the finance and management teams to monitor KPIs, identify revenue trends, and optimize operational efficiency. Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and validate financial and operational data from multiple sources across the entertainment division.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track daily, weekly, and monthly business performance.
- Perform variance analysis on financial data to identify discrepancies and provide corrective recommendations.
- Conduct trend analysis to forecast revenue patterns and guest behavior within our Bali venues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and business objectives.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc data requests and deep-dive analyses for strategic planning.
- Ensure the integrity and security of all financial data systems and databases.
- Identify opportunities to streamline data collection processes and improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in data analysis or financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and VBA/Macros.
- Proven experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.
- Basic understanding of financial principles, accounting, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
