Responsibility
- Complete an intensive banking operations and financial services training program as per Bank Danamon’s standards.
- Assist in customer onboarding, account management, and transaction processing under supervision.
- Support the delivery of retail banking products, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.

Qualifications
