Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps and Power BI dashboards to automate workflows and visualize key performance metrics for resource mobilization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Optimize data collection, storage, and analysis processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
- Create and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline business processes and reduce manual tasks.
- Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power Platform tools, enabling self-service analytics and app development.
- Analyze complex datasets to generate insights and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Power Platform applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in resource mobilization, nonprofit operations, or international development is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Services, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
