Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to optimize performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Automate data processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders on business performance.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives, such as customer segmentation, pricing optimization, and inventory management.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all systems and platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing data is a plus.
