Responsibility
- Compile, clean, and tabulate comprehensive service operation reports on a recurring basis.
- Monitor operational metrics to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all channels.
- Identify trends and anomalies in service performance, providing objective analysis to leadership teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to refine data collection processes and reporting standards.
- Present operation results through clear, concise, and professional data visualizations.
- Support the development of automated dashboards to improve real-time visibility into operational health.
- Ensure all reported data reflects a truthful representation of operational results to drive honest decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operational reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights.
- Fluency in English; strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the travel, e-commerce, or service operations industry is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
