Responsibility
- Assist in setting up and maintaining dining areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Support the kitchen and service staff by transporting dishes, utensils, and supplies as needed.
- Ensure all dining and service areas are clean, sanitized, and well-organized at all times.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages under the guidance of senior staff.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on restaurant policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Fluency in English or Indonesian is an advantage.
