Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Follow established safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and guest clothing.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of daily tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and guest privacy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and carrying.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
