Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including restocking supplies and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
- Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency in drink quality.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene responsibly when necessary.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender or Barista (minimum 1 year preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate).
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixing techniques, and bar operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle pressure during busy shifts.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory.
- Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software is an advantage.
