Responsibility

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Assist in the proper storage and organization of kitchen equipment, tools, and supplies to support smooth operations.
  • Ensure dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors, are clean, tidy, and presentable for guests at all times.
  • Support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, assisting with basic food prep, and ensuring workstations are stocked and ready.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper waste disposal, sanitization, and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and efficient workflow, especially during peak service hours.
  • Report any maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or supply shortages to the supervisor promptly.
  • Uphold the high standards of Plant Bistro by demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks, such as standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
