Responsibility
- Prepare and cook daily meals for villa guests, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- Follow recipes and adapt them to guest preferences, dietary restrictions, or special requests.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ingredient sourcing, stock rotation, and waste minimization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen workspace in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with villa staff to coordinate meal timings and service for seamless guest experiences.
- Assist in menu planning, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients where possible.
- Monitor food costs and portion control to align with budgetary guidelines.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to enhance the villa’s dining offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook, chef, or kitchen assistant in hotels, resorts, or private estates.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines, with a focus on high-quality presentation.
- Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
