Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls to protect Lexmark’s digital assets.
- Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and recovery from cyber threats or breaches.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability audits to identify and address potential security gaps.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security best practices into all operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with global cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and industry regulations.
- Manage security awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity risks and best practices.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of security tools, such as firewalls, SIEM systems, and endpoint protection.
- Monitor emerging cyber threats and proactively adapt security measures to mitigate new risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing security frameworks, risk management, and compliance programs.
- Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, and encryption technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to articulate complex security concepts to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with global cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with global teams.
