You will be responsible for managing high-volume communications across various digital platforms and telephone channels. Responsibility

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms professionally.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints regarding utility services with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
  • Provide accurate information regarding billing, service interruptions, and new account setups.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on service policies and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service workflows and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a call centre, customer service, or retail environment is preferred.
  • Strong command of English, both verbal and written; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed when handling difficult customer situations.
  • Competent in basic computer skills and navigation of multiple digital platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
  • Ability to commit to the duration of the contract period.
