Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Navigate and utilize internal healthcare database systems to accurately record and update patient/member information.
- Explain healthcare policy details, coverage benefits, and billing processes clearly and accurately to callers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and solutions-oriented support.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and HIPAA compliance regulations when handling sensitive information.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality performance metrics as defined by the account leadership.
Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with no prior call center experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule environment, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new processes.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lipa City, Batangas.
