Responsibility

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, providing friendly and efficient support.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries related to healthcare services, bookings, and general information.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Process and manage customer requests, including appointment scheduling, order tracking, and service updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support, call center, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, helpdesk tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
