Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a call center, customer service, or related role (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

  • Familiarity with Bali's work culture and a willingness to relocate or commute to Canggu.
