Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company scripts and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution time, and customer feedback scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
