Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments using Simpro software.
- Liaise with clients, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and customer interactions.
- Monitor and update service statuses in real-time to ensure timely completion.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Generate reports on service performance and customer feedback.
- Assist in training new team members on Simpro and other operational tools.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance service coordination efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Simpro software or similar service management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with call center or customer service environments is a plus.
