Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats for a leading telecommunications provider
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, promotions, and billing
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call resolution time and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecommunications products and services

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in telecommunications or call center environments

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and call center software
