Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats for a leading telecommunications provider
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide accurate information on products, services, promotions, and billing
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call resolution time and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality
- Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecommunications products and services
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in telecommunications or call center environments
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and call center software
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
