As a key point of contact, you will play an integral role in ensuring smooth customer operations and administrative efficiency. In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary package of up to $4,000 per month, plus a 1-month completion bonus upon successful fulfillment of your contract. This position offers a structured work-life balance with standard office hours or a rotational shift pattern to suit various schedules.

Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and database updates in compliance with company standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team to ensure seamless workflow at the Expo location.
  • Handle feedback and resolve customer issues with a focus on first-call resolution and service excellence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate timely processing of customer requests and orders.
  • Generate daily or weekly operational reports for management review.
  • Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the site supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, helpdesk, or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to commit to the full 1-year contract duration.
  • Must be comfortable with flexible working hours, including weekend shifts if required.
