Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client retention, upsell opportunities, and long-term growth.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics, proactively address concerns, and implement improvement strategies.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to showcase value, identify expansion opportunities, and gather feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and compliance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account health, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of driving client retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
