Responsibility
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of technology solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks to minimize churn and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support) to align customer needs with business objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews and QBRs to demonstrate ROI and highlight growth opportunities.
- Advocate for customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and service improvements.
- Create and deliver customized onboarding plans to ensure smooth client transitions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide strategic insights to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with the APAC market and cultural nuances is a plus.
