Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and quick time-to-value with our products/services.
  • Proactively monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer needs with company offerings.
  • Develop and implement customer success plans tailored to individual client goals and challenges.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally, providing feedback to improve products and services.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention and growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in the tech or SaaS industry is a plus.
