Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for digital transformation? Anaplan Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a high-caliber Customer Success Business Partner to join our elite team in Singapore. This is not a standard account management role; you will function as a trusted advisor and transformation partner for our enterprise clients, helping them navigate complex business planning processes using the Anaplan Connected Planning platform.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical implementation and business strategy. You will work closely with C-suite executives and operational leaders to drive adoption, quantify business value, and foster long-term partnerships. Responsibility
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term success and platform adoption.
- Lead executive-level business reviews to demonstrate platform ROI and align Anaplan strategy with client business objectives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing internal product teams with actionable feedback to influence the product roadmap.
- Design and implement success plans that address client-specific challenges and accelerate time-to-value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical or operational bottlenecks hindering client progress.
- Provide thought leadership on best practices for Connected Planning and organizational transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consulting, ideally within the EPM or SaaS space.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex relationships with C-level stakeholders at large enterprise organizations.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, or Supply Chain planning processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex data for executive audiences.
- Proven track record of managing renewal cycles and identifying revenue expansion opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a global, matrixed environment with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration.
