Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the unit turnover process, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., maintenance, housekeeping, operations) to facilitate smooth unit transitions and address client needs.
- Conduct inspections of units prior to turnover to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations.
- Document and track all client interactions, feedback, and turnover processes using company systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters as needed.
- Assist in preparing turnover reports and maintaining accurate records of unit statuses and client communications.
- Collaborate with the sales and leasing teams to ensure a seamless handover process for new clients.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering a personalized and professional client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or real estate administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with property management systems is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Bali real estate market or property management is a bonus.
