Responsibility
- Process ticket sales, reservations, and check-ins efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide friendly, multilingual support (English proficiency required) to domestic and international guests.
- Handle cash transactions, receipts, and daily financial reconciliations with accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain organized records of bookings, payments, and guest communications.
- Promote additional services (tours, upgrades, etc.) to enhance guest experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Stay updated on local attractions, events, and company promotions to offer informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; hospitality/tourism certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, ticketing, or front-desk roles (1+ year preferred).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are advantageous.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic accounting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a guest-first mindset.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism industry is a strong asset.
