Responsibility
- Develop and implement customer service strategies tailored to the securities and financial services sector.
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service and retail operations.
- Manage transaction processing, account openings, and client onboarding with precision and accuracy.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial products to provide informed client support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer service, retail operations, or a related field within financial services or securities.
- Proven track record of building operational frameworks from scratch.
- Strong understanding of securities, trading, or investment products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and financial software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
