Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.
- Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously develop skills.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
