Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.
  • Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
