Responsibility
- Provide real-time financial support to customers via chat, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction details, and general financial guidance.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues as needed.
- Stay updated on financial products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills in English with a professional and friendly tone.
- Basic knowledge of financial products, services, or customer service principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
