Responsibility

  • Coordinate and schedule legal assignments between attorneys and clients, ensuring timely and accurate case coverage.
  • Manage outbound communications, including calls and emails, to confirm attorney availability and case details.
  • Maintain detailed records of case assignments, attorney schedules, and client interactions in the company’s database.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for attorneys and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor case progress and follow up with attorneys to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for both attorneys and clients.
  • Generate reports on case coordination activities, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination, customer service, or legal support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
