Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to travel inquiries and bookings.
- Provide accurate and timely information on travel packages, flights, accommodations, and other services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, promotions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth customer service operations.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a travel or BPO setting.
