Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to financial accounts, transactions, and services.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding account balances, transactions, and financial products.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on financial products, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and financial transaction systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
