Responsibility

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and coverage details.
  • Process and verify insurance claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding policy terms, premiums, and benefits.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and compliance standards.

Qualifications
