Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Document customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
