Responsibility
- Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations for guests in both Spanish and English with professionalism and efficiency.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with special requests, such as room preferences, dietary requirements, and transportation arrangements, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, front desk, concierge) to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and local events to provide guests with relevant and engaging recommendations.
- Monitor and manage guest feedback, addressing concerns or complaints in a courteous and solution-oriented manner to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track guest interactions and preferences.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about industry trends and company updates.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field, preferably in reservations or guest services.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with PMS/CRM software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus, Salesforce).
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving guest issues and enhancing their experience.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
