Responsibility

  • Manage high-volume inbound/outbound voice interactions with internal stakeholders and distribution centers.
  • Accurately process, track, and update orders within our internal management systems.
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping discrepancies, and product availability.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all customer interactions and resolution steps.
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and provide feedback to management for operational improvements.
  • Adhere to strict quality assurance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a voice-based Customer Service, BPO, or Call Center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone demeanor.
  • High level of proficiency in computer navigation, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant vocational training is preferred.
