Responsibility
- Manage high-volume inbound/outbound voice interactions with internal stakeholders and distribution centers.
- Accurately process, track, and update orders within our internal management systems.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping discrepancies, and product availability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all customer interactions and resolution steps.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Identify process bottlenecks and provide feedback to management for operational improvements.
- Adhere to strict quality assurance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a voice-based Customer Service, BPO, or Call Center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone demeanor.
- High level of proficiency in computer navigation, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant vocational training is preferred.
